1. About us

These terms apply to automotive services provided by VAG Torque, an independent Volkswagen Group specialist workshop based in Hurst, Berkshire RG12 0AA. Not VAT registered.

2. Quotes & pricing

Phone and message quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Diagnostic fees are quoted upfront and are a paid service.

3. Consumer rights

Where you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

4. Right to cancel

For non-urgent bookings you have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may be charged for work completed before cancelling.

5. Guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Performance software and modifications may affect manufacturer warranty. We explain this clearly before any work begins.

6. Insurance

Public liability insurance is in place for your peace of mind. Your vehicle is covered while in our care and stored securely indoors during longer projects. Certificate available on request. Every job carries a 12 month workmanship guarantee.

7. Complaints

Email workshop@vagtorque.co.uk or call 07745 319921. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 14 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
