VAG Torque operates from a dedicated independent specialist workshop in Hurst, Berkshire. Every piece of equipment, every supplier relationship and every internal process has been chosen with one objective: deliver dealer-level quality with engineering-tier depth on Volkswagen Group vehicles.

Diagnostics
Full factory dealer access via ODIS and ODIS Engineering alongside Ross-Tech VCDS for long-coding and adaptation refinement. Live data, freeze-frame and on-road correlation as standard.
Software & Calibration
Performance software and bespoke calibration for engine and transmission control units. Files matched to hardware state, fuel grade and intended use. Never pulled off a shelf.
Equipment
Vehicle lifts, dedicated assembly benches, calibrated torque tooling, OEM scan tooling and a full set of VAG-specific service tools. The right kit for the work in front of us.
Engineering Capability
Wössner forged internals on the shelf, ARP fasteners, ACL and King bearings. Engine builds happen on the bench in a clean assembly environment. Never in a corner of the bay.
Process & Standards
Every job photographed, logged and signed off. Torque values recorded against ARP / OEM spec. Calibration changes datalogged before and after. Nothing assumed; everything verified.
Workshop Standards
Clean assembly area kept separate from disassembly. Loom protection on every car. Wheels off, hubs torqued, road-tested before any handover. The basics, done properly.
