Which areas of Berkshire do you cover?
All of it. Our customer base spans Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Windsor, Ascot, Slough and out towards Basingstoke and Newbury. The workshop is in Hurst with direct access from the M3, M4 and A329(M), so most of the county is within a short drive.
Are you a Volkswagen Group specialist or a general tuner?
We are VAG-only. Every member of the team works exclusively on Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda and Cupra platforms, so the experience is concentrated — EA888, EA113, TFSI, MQB, MLB, DQ250, DQ381, DQ500 and DL501 are platforms we work on every week.
Can you do calibration on built engines and big-turbo conversions?
Yes. Custom ECU calibration on logged data is one of our core services — full-frame turbo conversions, IS38 / GTX upgrades, intake builds and forged bottom-ends are all calibrated against the specific hardware in front of us, not generic files.
Do you tune the gearbox as well as the engine?
We calibrate DQ250, DQ381, DQ500 and DL501 transmissions alongside the engine map. Clutch pressures, shift speed, launch behaviour and torque limiters are all addressed so the car shifts properly with the new torque profile.
What about main-dealer-level diagnostics?
We run ODIS and ODIS Engineering alongside Ross-Tech VCDS. That gives us access to the same parameters and long-coding the dealer has, plus engineering-level data the standard dealer scope does not expose.
